Global Engagement and Study Abroad
The Global Engagement Office connects the School of Education community with resources, knowledge, and support to engage in and carry out globally focused initiatives, including study abroad experiences.
Network Fellows
The Network Fellows Program, funded by WCER, pairs UW–Madison graduate students with civic, education, and community-based organizations to apply what they have learned through coursework in high-impact, real-world settings.

Wisconsin Evaluation Collaborative
WEC is a unit within the Wisconsin Center for Education Research (WCER) that conducts and supports program evaluations within the preK–12 education system through partnerships with school districts, professional associations, state agencies, education-based community organizations, and Cooperative Educational Service Agencies.
Field Experience and Student Teaching
The Teacher Education Center can help you navigate the process of becoming a teacher and give you the tools you need to be successful in your academic journey, including the student teaching and field experience.
Wisconsin Center for Education Research (WCER) Fellows
WCER Fellows are enrolled in any doctoral program in the School of Education. They will gain a wealth of skills by engagement in a diversity of research experiences, without increasing time to degree completion. Fellows will be immediately and consistently integrated into research projects that allow them to gain experience and generate academic products that will allow WCER Fellows to secure jobs.
